Daniel Tune - Managing Partner

Daniel B. Tune, Esq. is the Managing Partner at Martin & Tune, whose practice is focused on Family Law (matrimonial, custody, and domestic violence matters) and Business Law (business formation, contracts and corporate documents, litigation, and drafting of corporate resolutions).

Ed Martin - Senior Partner

Edward R. Martin is the senior partner at Martin Tune and focuses his practice on representing clients in personal injury matters. He also represents individuals and business entities in general and commercial litigation.

Gina Berry - Paralegal

Gina R. Berry joined Martin & Tune at its inception in March 2014. Prior to that, Gina worked as a family law paralegal. Gina has over 27 years’ experience in family law and 29 years in the legal profession. Gina is responsible for maintaining the court calendar, conferences with clients, drafting pleadings, correspondences, discovery, motions, case information statements, child support guidelines, marital settlement agreements, judgments and trial briefs.

Alexandra Stanek - Paralegal

Alexandra Stanek joined Martin & Tune in June 2017. Prior to joining Martin & Tune, Alexandra interned at the Department of Homeland Security I.C.E. (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) Litigation Unit, as well as worked for an Employment and Workers Compensation Firm in Basking Ridge, NJ as a marketing manager and legal assistant.

Stephanie Fulton - Associate Attorney

Stephanie H. Fulton, Esq. joined Martin & Tune as an Associate in September 2020. Stephanie graduated from Rutgers Law School in May 2019, and then served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., in the Criminal Division in Somerset County.
