Gina Berry
Hunterdon County Family Law Paralegal
Gina R. Berry joined Martin & Tune at its inception in March 2014.
Prior to that, Gina worked as a family law paralegal at three other law
firms in Hunterdon County. Gina has over 27 years’ experience in
family law and 29 years in the legal profession.
Gina is responsible for maintaining the court calendar, conferences with clients, drafting pleadings, correspondences, discovery, motions, case information statements, child support guidelines, marital settlement agreements, judgments and trial briefs. Gina is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the family law section of Martin & Tune, and she is well known and respected by many matrimonial law practitioners, court personnel and other family law professionals.
Gina is well versed in the knowledge of the Court Rules, case law, legal research, divorces, child custody, support issues, pre and post judgment issues, both juvenile and adult adoptions, and assists Daniel B. Tune, Esq. with mediation practices. Gina also acts as the office comptroller, and manages billing and invoicing.
Besides attending continuing legal education programs, Gina has been a guest speaker at Raritan Valley Communication College and is also a Notary Public.
Gina is married to her husband Jack of 32 years and they have one adult son, John. On the rare occasion when there is spare time, Gina enjoys reading and spending time with her 3 cats.
