Daniel B. Tune, Esq. is the Managing Partner at Martin & Tune, whose practice is focused on Family Law (matrimonial, custody, and domestic violence matters) and Business Law (business formation, contracts and corporate documents, litigation, and drafting of corporate resolutions) law.
Gina R. Berry joined Martin & Tune since its inception in March 2014. Gina is responsible for maintaining the matrimonial court calendar, conferences with clients, drafting pleadings, correspondences, discovery, motions, case information statements, child support guidelines, property settlement agreements, judgments and trial briefs.
In June of 2015, Cordelia received her Paralegal Certification through the program offered at RVCC, as well as her Associate’s Degree. Cordelia was included on the President’s List and Dean’s List numerous times for her academic achievements and is a graduate of the Honors College Program.
Robin is married to her husband John and they have four children. Robin Beaumont joined Martin & Tune in October 2015, when she interned as part of the Paralegal Certification program offered through Raritan Valley Community College. Robin anticipates receiving her Associates Degree along with her Paralegal Certificate in May 2017.
Michaela Hvizdak (a.k.a. Misha) is a senior at Manville High School and is a new intern for Martin & Tune, starting her internship during the summer of 2016. She is an officer of the Future Business Leaders of America, a Varsity Cross Country runner, a member of National Honor Society, and involved in the Drama Club at her school.
Misha is interested in law and the sciences and she is looking forward to pursuing and maintaining a career that compliments both. Misha is excited for her future at Martin & Tune, and hopes she can gain as much knowledge and experience there possible.
Zoe Chang is currently a senior at North Hunterdon High School. She is an avid participant of her school's Model UN club and Mock Trial Team, where she met Daniel Tune. She has been working at Martin & Tune since her junior year of high school and receives credit from her school in the form of completing an independent study.
Zoe is very interested in the field of law and criminology, and hopes to, pursue a degree in Psychology, as well as to eventually attend law school. Zoe Chang assists in trial preparation and drafting documents as well as attending court and interacting with clients all in an effort to learn about law and the experiences of working in this field.
